This refreshing citrusy cocktail is perfect for brunch. With a cheeky hit of sweet jam and a dash of bitters, you’ll be making this one bottomless.
What you’ll need.
30ml Lemon Juice
2 bar spoons of your favourite jam
2 dash bitters
Lemon wedge to garnish
How to make it.
Combine Gin, lemon juice, jam and bitters into a cocktail shaker.
Shake well then strain into a jam jar.
Top with ginger beer and garnish with a wedge of lemon.
